Pootle here with a write-up of my last game of 10th edition. Stylus and I are playing out another game in the Jimulthuan Quadrant: this time an armoured column of Death Guard on their way to besiege the Ultramarines' HQ on Bagot Prime have been ambushed by the White Scars...
Kraken recently posted about starting up a new campaign and Stylus and I (Pootle) are kicking things off, harking back to 8th edition with my Ultramarines trying to kick the Death Guard off my home planet of Bagot Prime.
I haven't been painting so much 40k recently. Of course, that never means I haven't painted any...
Of my two renegade Chaos warbands, The Purge got liquidated, and The Scourged get made into a full army.
If you have one primarch, you have a centrepiece model. If you have two primarchs, you have an incomplete collection...
So I guess this was always going to happen.
I enjoy painting Death Guard so much, I really must try it when I don't have a deadline looming over me.

Ghock Hackfiend stormed into Gormenghastly's quarters, "Why do you delay? There is blood to be spilt in Khorne's name and I refuse to wait for you to conjour up your new diseases!"
Gormenghastly the Garrotter shook his head pityingly, "I will kill more with my perfected toxins than you can ever dream of. You may have slaughtered thousands in Khorne's name, but millions have died choking on their own vomit and gasping for one last breath due to my concoctions in Nurgle's honour.
"In fact, my intelligence shows an opportunity for both of us to profit. I hear that the famed warband, The End of All Things have come to Hendris. You will enjoy killing the favoured of Nurgle, and I need something special from their leader."
