This is definitely a *proper* monster!
Pootle here, starting off with some (long-overdue) painting posts.
My best friend from my school days is now an artist; he used to paint 40k stuff back in the day (a cool 35 years ago he was known for his Harlequins) but when he saw the Great Unclean One I painted a while back he commented that he liked the look of it but felt he could do better himself.
Lo and behold he made his own using a 3d printing pen (which is essentially "magic" as far as I'm concerned) and painted it up. It's slightly taller and thinner than a regular GUO (and doesn't block LoS as well as he's sitting in a magnificently bonkers self-propelled wheelbarrow thing) but basically he's exactly the right size to be a Great Unclean One.
My jaw dropped when I saw the magnificent work and my friend (characteristically) gave him to me to use and he led my Nurgle Daemons in a tremendous game against WintersSEO a few weeks ago. I played him as Rotigus, but some minimal internet research indicates that there's a named GUO called Gangrel who's slightly taller and thinner than a normal Greater Daemon of Nurgle and whose legs have wasted away so he drags himself along onn his arms. I think that fits this model almost too well!
