Hold The Line: Chaos Daemons vs Astra Militarum

 Back at Swindon HQ, but with a twist...

Instead of facing Winters SEO (he's running scared of me), I instead got to face Sultan and his Imperial Guard. We were playing narrative, so we cooked up a bespoke scenario and I brought a circus of Chaos Daemons!

This is very much a zoo of chaos daemons. I think monogod lists aren't the best way to play them in this edition, but I also like playing a mix of everything (it is chaotic, after all). Although this collection does tell me that I need to source some more Slaanesh and Khorne models.

Vorkanis Forever - Astra Militarum

Sultan's army is a glorious showcase for all the new Astra Militarum models. The narrative is that they're the survivors of the destroyed world of Vorkanis (hence the mix of uniforms and general hostility to chaos). As you'd expect, some lovely painting and conversions. Also, there's a Baneblade. Eeep.
