In the Black Midwinters: The Cabal vs The Thirteenth

I'm behind the paywall again!

I don't know whether this is a mark or quality, or being caged up like Quasimodo...

Last week, I ventured once more to the Winters SEO studio for a filmed battle report, to be featured on the Deployment Zone TV website.

With my accumulated appearances, it means that for a mere fiver, you can now watch no less than four battle reports featuring myself (and in the time it would take to watch the extended editions of Lord of the Rings - bargain!)

A change of pace this time: rather than take my trusty Thousand Sons, I opted for the wholly untrustworthy conglomerate of The Cabal -  Black Legion, Purge and Scourged - who managed to make such a dog's breakfast of the Nayala Campaign.

It's always a cracking battle, win or lose. And as a bonus, I got to face the signature army of the channel - the infamous Thirteenth!

And so my three-army list was padded out with the painting progress over the past month. Mainly to beef up my heavy support and fill the skies with jump troops.

I also blew what few Command Points were available to me on Host Raptorial goodies, so I had to hope that paid off...
